yes it is fake...impossible to tattoo an organ or muscle . you need layers of skin in order to tattoo. a tattoo ink lays between layer of the epidermis and an organ has no layers. If tattoo ink penetraded the heart it would immediately circulate thru the blood streem and then immediate death..

Oh good! I was afraid that there was the slightest chance that could be real becasue there are people in this world fucked up enough to try this.
plus you know if it was real I would have already done it....TWICE...LOL
