A Whole Lotta Stuff!

Lots of things going on!
Bridal Bru-ha-ha, New Years resolutions, preparing for school and the debt that goes with it, life in general... Where, oh where, to begin?

RIP
First off, let's begin with something I forgot to mention in my Year in Review post. We had to ditch the hearse. Yes folks, the big, black, beautiful beast is gone. We are both very sad over this, but it had to be done. We WILL buy another one someday and we did strip all of the cool parts off of it.

Bachelorette Party
Next we have to report on Amanda's Bachelorette Party! The hangover is gone and the pictures are up. Allison made Amanda a shawl covered in Life Savers that said "A Buck a Suck" on it. It was fucking hilarious.

We started out in the North End at a nice restaurant called Ricardo's... yes, the same Ricardo's me and Carrie discovered back in August. We took a group photo in the ladies room.

We made a pit stop at a bar near the Park Plaza Hotel, the name of which escapes me at the moment, where a transvestite sucked a lifesaver off of Amanda's chest. Let the games begin!

Then we were off to Nick's Comedy Stop in the theatre district. The comedians pretty much sucked. One guy was kind of funny but not funny enough to remember his name. Frankly, we had a better stage presence than those dudes. Then we ended up at a club called An Tua Nua... an irish bar with a dance club in the back. Amanda's friend Anita took a shine to one of the bouncers and went out on a date with him later in the week.

Ron had a Bachelor Party the same night for Bill. He has his own stories to tell and I will leave it to him to tell them. He rented a gi-normous car and everyone survived.

I spent the night at Bill & Amanda's house then crawled my ass back to Framingham for a Retirement Brunch for the former director of the library. After eating 5 pounds of grease and eggs I slogged my tired ass home. On the way home I stopped to photgraph my favorite cemetery in the snow. Pictures can be seen HERE.

Adventures in Poutine
I attempted to make Poutine again... and I documented the proceedings. This time it wasn't so bad... unlike that time in Maine... barf city!

Bridal Shower!
Yesterday My mom, Angie and me held a Bridal Shower for Amanda & Bill. I got to meet my new nephew Teddy Jr at last and boy is he adorable! Pictures from the party are HERE.

Hanging at C&K's
We spent last evening over at Kenny & Carol's house with Carrie, Tom & Jack. We all watched the Patriots choke. They had to blow it sometime! Pictures from the evening are HERE.

New Years Resolutions
And finally, the neglected resolutions! As usual I will try to take better care of myself this year, eat better, sleep more and drink less. I will do my darndest to get some long overdue projects done, such as Jack's quilt, my mothers baby pictures, sorting old negatives and a bunch of other stuff I keep putting off. I will try to spend more time with my friends as school and work allows and I will try to be a better person.
